The position will be based in Shrewsbury with full time hours (Mon - Fri)
Using a call centre based telephone system to take customer requests, any previous experience of EPS system/ or call centre environment would be beneficial. You will need to be IT literate, but training will be provided on specific systems.
Completion of administration and updating customer records.
The role can often be pressurised and you will need to be able to adhere to deadlines and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Pay rate is £9.65 per hour, free parking
